I received these wigs in about 14 days after purchasing and what I received was not what I ordered. None of the wigs were lace front, two of them were the same wig when I clearly wanted 3 different wigs, and they were cheaply made.
When I contacted them about this issue, it took them 10 days to get back with me asking me for the info and details of my order so I could start the refund process. I answered the same day and did not hear back from them. I waited a couple of days, but after realizing that if I wait any longer, I would miss the 14 day return policy, so I proceeded to send the wigs back to the return address that was on the label.
10 days after their first response, I get a reply saying that I could either keep the wigs and get a partial return or return the wigs to the return address given to me by the company, otherwise I would not get a full refund. They also mentioned that there was little difference between their product and the advertised product (I 100% disagree) and said that they don't have the totally same product. That is called false advertisement.
I immediately replied saying that I already sent them back because I was coming upon the end of the 14 day return policy and that it was unacceptable that I got a reply about the return 20 days after receiving the package. I still have not heard back from them and my last reply was 11 days ago.
Do not buy from this company. Lesson learned here: if you buy a wig at a "cheap" price, most likely a cheap wig is what you will get.
