An ad on a solitaire card game on phone, advertised a mini chainsaw, 50% off sale today, paid through paypal. I notified PayPal of a non-delivery nor an eta. Soon after that a fake item was shipped, soon after that PayPal rejected my claim due to the tracking number of the phony item sent in the mail.
