Same here. Ordered a beeswax product. They charged me, it took months to get, product was sent banging loosely in a box, all moisture had leaked out all over the box from banging around, product was no good! Now trying to get money back. But it's China so I may be screwed!

On June 30 I received a hand sanitizer from this company, it was called "Siruini." It was in a small package delivered by the usual post office method. It comes from Tianjin China and has a statement on the outside that says it has a value of a dollar (it has a pump and is 300ml.) I did not open it and use it. I then received another one on July 1st and one July 2nd and did not open either package. This is very strange. I looked through all my credit cards and bank accounts and didn't see any charges for this. And I certainly didn't order it. I don't want to keep receiving them. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, some big charge or if I were to call them it would be a horrendous expense.
