This man robbed us out of over $100k we need everyone and anyone to help capture this crook before he takes advantage of anyone else. How is this man still on the streets as a wanted criminal?

We found a Farmhouse table and benches to buy that was advertised on Facebook Marketplace in Kahului, Maui that would be custom built by a local man that went by the facebook profile name: JC No Ka Oi. He went by the company name: Hale Me Ma Kalama LLC and we discovered his real name is: Justin Likout. (turns out he's a professional con artist when we searched his name and saw a photo of him) We went to his location in Kahului: 58 Amala Place, Kahului, to meet him and gave him a deposit of $400 cash. He gave us a invoice, showed us his wood shop and it all seemed to check out fine. He promised to have it made by 2 weeks. Well 8 weeks went by and he kept giving us excuses along the way and promised us delivery 12 times but would never show up as promised. We offered to pick it up but he wouldn't let us and would say it was an insurance issue with his company. His communication was tactless, aggressive, rude and he came off very mentally unstable. He projected on us that we were being unreasonable, not understanding and called us [censored] mostly and also threatened to burn this table of ours that he was supposed to deliver. We never lost our temper at him in our communications however he would lose his temper at us then soon turn his tone and apologize and promise us he would make it right and deliver this product.(very unstable) After 8 weeks, we asked for our money back and he would not comply. We filed a police report, told him we did so and that just got him more mad. He is refusing to give us our money back and says he will see us in court. We still have no table and we are out of $400.
