I received a text message saying my package had been shipped. I had no prior contact with anyone concerning this package. i was provided a tracking number to use to follow the progress of the package. When the package arrived, inside was a letter explaining in detail how i was supposed to handle the contents. Also included was what was supposed to be a cashier's check from a credit union. However, it was a copy and not a real check. I was told to contact Richard Wayne phone number (469) 612-3365.

I was supposed to deposit the check and got to two different WalMarts and buy 2 gift cards at each store. Then i was to photo the gift cards using my phone (both sides after scratching off the silver) and email the copies to the scammer. However, the fool didn't include an email address.
