The charge on my credit card came from hallbag.com.
I received a pair of "bay ban" sunglasses. When I asked for the correct item or refund, they said:
"We are deeply sorry and shameful for such a mistake. In this situation, we are willing to provide 40% refund as compensation. Is this acceptable for you?" I replied "No. This is not what I purchased. Please ship the correct product or full refund." and they said "The original product is out of stock. We can't send it to you. In this case, we would like to offer a 60% refund of the order as compensation, and you do not need to return the product. You can give the item to your family or friends."
I am unsure if both sites, bondmatchg.shop and hallbag.com are scams where they offer lots of different items, send something nonsensical, then refuse to provide a full refund. Maybe this is just a scam for US customers when items that are out of stock. Either way, these sites are disreputable.
