Well it was far from that experience....
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went for the first time this week. Had a great class, however the sales girl was trying to sell us packages and rip us off like a bad car salesman. And then, the store manager would not honor a gift certificate that a friend bought me for my birthday. She said it expired in June, but in California especially, it is ILLEGAL to have an expiration date on a gift certificate. So now they are BREAKING THE LAW and looking at a few law suits. The manger was rude and even hung up on my husband who is an attorney as the nicely tried to explain the law to her. She made up some BS story that made no sense. And the gift card was already paid for so she is just screwing herself and her business. Spoke to many people who also have had a bad experience at this place. They are also NEVER going back there. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY!
