I have purchased an item on September 11, 2024 for 24.99 from halloweensquishmallows.net which is a scam site that is impersonating the official squishmallows website. I have tried to contact this business several times asking for tracking updates and inquiries about not receiving my order and they were all ignored. I have seen reviews online saying that this website/business has stolen several peoples money. Please investigate this business and take appropriate legal action. They have ignored multiple requests to send my refund. I would like appropriate legal action to be taken for this business to give me my full refund of $24.99 plus a $.20 charge they have charged my bank account for a total refund of $25.19. Thanks
