Yes. I just opened my packages of the Harry Potter Sorting Hat and The Harry Potter The Three Broomsticks ornament. SCAM. The sorting hat has no function of sound or movement the Broomsticks ornament is POORLY imitated. I will be reporting them to my credit card company and I have to check if I used paypal or not. My confirmation/payment from the site does not even look close to the email they sent me that payment was confirmed. Looks like a different company. This was the customer service email which I should of checked as it seems sketchy. [email protected] also Halloweenky site becomes this site after I click on my email order: https://revernary.com/. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

I have identical issues as Private1634644885 and Marnie Hecknauer. Same issue with ornament not being at all what was advertised and the same order of events with the email address working at first then becoming no longer valid. I, too used PayPal and have put in a claim with the Resolution Center.

I had the same issue. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I filed with the resolution center. If you ordered with a credit/debit card or PayPal you can file a complaint to get a refund. I have attached my emails to PayPal and the emails between me and Halloweenky. I have deleted my personal info from the attachment but there are other email addresses listed for them.

Ordered a motion and sound Harry Potter Sorting Hat ornament and received and painted small ornament with no sound or motion. Company email provided online (which initially emailed me and was a working address) no longer works and cannot find any other contact info. Found other identical reports online of the same scam reported happening.
