Ordered product claiming to help with bags under the eyes. Product did not work. There was a 30 day refund window. The company did not answer the first email I sent. They answered the second email by sending me a video of how to use the product (I was using it correctly.) Third email went unanswered. No refund label has been sent by the company at this time. Tried to call the phone number listed on the website. It is a Hong Kong phone number that just rang and rang...no answering service or way to leave a message.
