My experience with this 'company' has been terrible. They have online ads and a website that lists big, beautiful Christmas decor items. I ordered the Pre-lit Artificial Christmas Hanging Baskets, 4 of them. On the website the size is shown in various photos in an outdoor setting of a home entrance. I ordered my product the end of November in hopes to add these to our new home and first time hosting Christmas for our families. My first clue that something was not right was the shipping/tracking info provided. It came by email and looked somewhat like other tracking info provided by companies however the link to actually track the package NEVER worked. I reached out to the company numerous times to check up on the tracking. They assured me the package was on its way and provided yet another link that did not work. It read "Tracking Info Not Found'. I reached out yet again to let them know we are not receiving any information, they assured it would arrive soon.

A week later, the package did arrive. All 4 baskets smashed into 1 small packing envelope, not a box. Not only are the items a fraction of the size shown on the website but the way of packaging completely smashes all artificial branches. The product dimensions shown on there website are 15x15. What I received was smaller than my hand. I am a petite person; 5'4'. I have small hands and yet my hands were still bigger than this hanging basket.

I reached out to the company yet again to request a return; which is listed on their website as an option. They returned to me and told me to give this as a gift to someone and a full refund would not be issued. I let them know I would pay for the shipping costs back. This is not only false advertising but a violation of their own return policy on their website. I will not only be filing a scam report but a formal complaint on this company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
