DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased 2 pre-lit artificial Christmas hanging baskets on November 9, 2021. After inquiring the status of my order (I had not receive any confirmation of shipping), November 24th I was told there was a delay due to lack of workforce/COVID concerns. I could understand this. The order arrived on 12/21 and was extremely disappointed. Completed false advertising - my purchase of $159.98 was nothing more than cheap plastic junk. Advertised as large hanging baskets, they were 6 inches and pieces of garbage. No pre-lit arrangement, no batteries - terrible. Upon numerous e-mails requesting a refund, I was offered 10%, 20%, 30%, and finally 40% as long as I returned these items complete and intact to an address in China. Give me a break. I was then told the refund would be posted to my credit card in 5-7 days. Of course, still waiting. I see now that others have filed similar complaints - wish I would have done my research.

Complete scam. Do NOT buy from this company. I purchased two Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Hanging Baskets from their website on 11/26/21. I did not receive them until 12/30/21 after Christmas. They are 6 inches wide not the pictured large hanging baskets advertised on their website. They contain cheap plastic dollar store type decorations, no batteries or instructions, and do NOT look anything like the items pictured on their website. They were delivered in ball shaped packaging. Upon numerous emails to get a refund I was offered 10%, 20%, 30%, and there "final offer" of 35% refund along with a return fee of $20.00! I was also told the following:

"According to our experience, it will take at least one month for our warehouse to receive the returned package, and the refund will be returned to your account within 5-7 days after receiving the returned package."

They would not disclose the return address despite several emails.

Do NOT ever buy from this company. Beware of another website selling the same items. I believe it to be the same company.

I was able to get a refund from my credit card company after disputing the charges.
