- The watch face was different from the one pictured, adding some words ("Geneva" and "platinum") that didn't appear on the original as well as an etched circle pattern
- The watch face edges were not rose gold metal, as pictured and described, but a plastic or low-quality metal with injection molding joins still visible and a cheap, poorly-applied foil coat on top to mimic rose gold.
- The additional mini-dials for day of the week and a timer (? unsure of their purpose) don't actually move, nor can you adjust them. They are molded into the plastic/metal of the face and only the time-adjustment dial works.
- The watch band does not have holes punched into it, so you can't actually wear the watch.
- The band, advertised as real leather, is clearly fake leather.
- As a result, the stitching on the band is poor. The black outside has loose threads that are clearly visible, and the tan inside of the band shows the cheapness of the fake leather at every needle puncture, where the material is cracked. The stitches are slightly out of alignment with each other.
- Though as pictured on their site, as an indication of the quality, the backing of the watch and the clasp were silver. A quality watch would have matched these to the rose gold around the face.
- Also, upon further inspection, the picture of a man wearing their watch is photoshopped.
It's definitely a $10 watch, but it ticks, so I might wear it for costumes or in situations where nobody will get a close look. It's just radically different from what I thought I was purchasing.
