Got two shoe horns. Ordered 10 shoe boxes that open at the sides , made from metal and plexiglass. They only send this junk so they comply with the tracking number and it is harder for one to get a refund. Scammers like this spoil it for the decent businesses.

Ordered a bed spread for double bed from online company identified as HongKong YU on my credit card charged $29.23 CDN. Later learned the company name is called Yunhan Industrial Co. HongKong. Never received what I ordered, but did receive a small package containing a pillow case from Han Jie, Zhongtian Cheng Xun, 36-3-19, Majiabao,West Road, Fengtai, District, BeiJingShi BEIJING 100068 CHINA. 15321513687. Value of package states $5.00US. Was told I must mail back the pillowcase to get refund since this was an error. Mailing Costs
will be too high as I must mail package to an entirely different address in CHINA with tracking number to ensure it is received. This is definitely a SCAM. I am not willing to lose another cent over this fraud. Beware and be warned!...forget dealing with this retailer.

My name is Salvador Kleemann. I ordered a 12-in-1 Home Essentials Toolbox from Munchs that had the name and address of this person, Han Jie, when the package arrived, and I received a roll of red ribbon worth pennies. I have tried contacting customer service, but I can only assume there is no such service available. I am retired for my age with limited income and I can't believe I fell in love with this. I ordered and paid for this shipment and I have received this little article with the same tracking information. Very professional looking up to that point. The online receipt shows a photo of the original order and shows the payment and everything. send auto text to track shipment. Imagine the excitement turned to total disappointment when this little package arrived. I'm sure Han Jie is laughing a lot about all this in China. He will answer to God very soon for his betrayal and revelation, I can promise that.

I am a HUGE believer in KARMA... My words right now may not help you financially & I am truly sorry for that. I mean that when I say that. This is a VERY hard time for ALL of us. We each are going through our own hardships without having to have this person or people adding to it. But know this... THEY WILL PAY. It might not be today or next week but when their time of reckoning comes, the wrath will come down upon them in many forms. It could be monetary, possibly health of themselves or that of a loved one... a spouse, parent or a child perhaps? Who knows? Good luck Han Jie.

This scammer shipped me a 50 cent children's golf toy and refused to give me a refund unless I spend more than $36 to ship the toy back. Don't buy anything from this company. The company also uses the email address [email protected]

I ordered patio furniture in February from a link on Facebook called Japan and stuffs.com and it was too cheap to be true but I ordered it. I gave it time to arrive because of Covid but in May disputed it with my bank. They gave me a temp credit and then took it away. I’ve been working and teaching my kids from home so I didn’t even call the bank again for the $77 from the furniture. In my mind I wanted to hope the package was mega late. But nope today I received a white box with a kids compass in it that I didn’t order. The scammer has withdrawn again from my account and I think he is sending stupid items in the mail to “prove” to banks with the worthless item’s tracking. In my case things have gotten worse because just Yesterday I noticed 3 transactions from my bank account with online orders I didn’t place. I was able to get one of the merchants to talk to me about the order and he said I ordered 7 shoes of the exact style and size. I’m like hello cancel the order ... you can see it’s a scam... they were like nope it’s already been sent. Listen... all I’m saying is things got worse by me ignoring the original scam. I changed my debit card number and am changing all my passwords. These people out there scamming from [censored]ing China these days are out of control. Wasn’t covid enough... now you’re all up in our wallets too. Geeze! I’m allowed to be mad... don’t judge me. I’ve never ever in my life gone through something like this.
