On November 15, 2022, I found a picture of these beautiful handmade different animals for sale on Facebook, (supposedly, closing their store). I went through and picked out the ones I wanted to purchase for my granddaughter for Christmas. I paid for said products with my credit card. As of this date (February 20, 2023) I still have not received any items I purchased. I have left them numerous texts to find out what was going on and when I could expect my products. They kept telling me it would be sent out as soon as they replaced items that didn't fit their expectations. I have asked for a refund, and I have even told them I would report them as being a scam, to no avail. Now, there are different companies that are on Facebook that are selling the same products. This is a scam!! They have refused to send me my money back or send me my product that I have paid for!
