This imposter poses as a US-based company. On the product I purchased (and received a low-quality copy of) they display a map of the US address and display USPS delivery track down further to make an assumption you are buying from a US based company. They claim all their products are handmade and the picture indeed show a beautiful handmade items. What I received (almost 3 weeks later) is a knock-off version of what I bought and it was a ridiculously low quality copy. I emailed them and requested a return of this, but instead they offered me 20% discount and ability to keep the item. I rejected and insisted to return. They then offered 40% discount and ability to return. Even for $25 it was not worth keeping it. I demanded return address. So they send me an email with Chinese address as a return address and claim it would cost $20 to return their product. Hence, everything was a fraud. I looked up on google maps and there is no Handmade Haven at that address, but there is a different business though : Tree Tools USA, Phoenix, AZ.

They should not be able to sell under US-based company, and cheat people while selling them Aliexpress garbage.
