I had purchased a Cat backpack through this company through a Facebook ad. I thought I was purchasing a realistic-esque looking cat, with a zipper, silk interior, and back straps that came with an optional Koi Fish. What I received was a hard cat statuette that would be put onto a table from any old thrift store. When I emailed the company about the product they offered to refund me $9USD, then $10USD, then $12USD, and finally $15USD. Claiming that the shipping of the product back would cost me around $35USD to ship back to China. Mind you that they used an affiliate out of New York to ship the product to me in New Jersey. After multiple attempts to solve the issue of either refunding me my money back, or getting the correct product, I gave up because it seems like they just don't care. Though friendly, they lack to grasp the prosperity of the ad to the product...
