Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
They do not have a customer service number and seem to only operate from email and their "Handy" app.
When we complained via email, they said they would credit our "Handy" app account.
We had to call American Express and have them cancel the charge.
This company is fraudulent if ever I've seen one. Please stop them from doing this to other service members who are just trying to move and leave a clean home.
