He has a Facebook page called “elite home services”
He uses a Pro-account he brags about having at Home Depot under the name of Mark Pierson
Address 8 Brian Court, Middle Island, NY
He used my credit card to buy and pay for materials for the handyman job he was doing for me. Under this Pto Home Depot account in the Riverhead, NY store
He used my credit card to also buy himself tool and equipment unrelated to the job I hired him to do. I found this out later when I asked the store to print my receipt.
He did not perform the work he quoted he’d do.
I asked him to refund the money I paid him cash for, on incomplete work, due to the fact he proved untrustworthy and I couldn’t continue. And asked him to reimburse me for the tools he bought for himself at Home Depot unrelated to the job he was doing at my house
He told me I was sketchy and kept changing my mind.
Which was a fabrication.
It was a simple 3 item job.
Not complicated.
And ignored a request for a refund of
