This was a 1 time holiday special for a human size dog bed. I received an invoice after payment made. It said:”We are sorry for delay due to hot sale season. Your payment has been accepted and is under our normal processing. Shipping will be arranged as soon as possible and you will receive a notification e-mail from us once the package has been sent out. Please do not worry and wait pariently. If you have not received the notification, please contact us in time.

It was signed simply “Paul”

There was no one to contact except I did reach out today to:

And have not heard back. I really wanted this bed and am so upset.
