After extensive attempts to get my money back for a "Wavy Vase" that was completely unlike the pictured item in their sales pitch, which had a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but arrived with no information on how to return, and a return address on the package in New York State, Pay Pal has closed my case. So I am out the cost of mailing the item back to NY plus the purchase cost. I prepared this email to send them at the address on their website, but it was returned as "not able to be found." These people are a scam!

"Re: Order BA-HA3187

You sent me this; It was not like the photo or what you described. I asked to return it, since there was zero information with it to make a return. You stonewalled me. I escalated it to PayPal. They investigated. You gave them an address in Chinese to send it back to. I sent it to the return address on the package, in New York. They are now refusing to do anything more. I paid, I don't have the vase, someone who works with you in New York received it, and I want my money back. Since you gave a satisfaction guarantee, you should have provided return instructions with the item. As you did not, I sent it in good faith to the return address on its packaging. Give me my refund, or I will report you to the Attorney General's Office."
