Please confirm if the time is okay with you or if you prefer delivery tomorrow morning.
After signing all the documents and sending your puppy for clearance, they have notified me that the insurance has expired.
Your puppy was declared for insurance and I was under the impression that they charges have already been covered and the clearance department just notified me only the crate and covid charges have been covered and the insurance must be covered before the puppy goes on board.
Your full refund will be $2880 which includes the yet to be paid insurance charges.
The insurance charges will be $970 and as mentioned on the document attached, it is also refundable so you will receive your puppy along with the total amount of $2880.
The outstanding refundable insurance charge is $970 for the insurance.

We have dropped off Theo at the shipping company and they will proceed with the shipment of Theo.

Also, you need to rent a travel crate from the shipping company which is an Airline Kennel Approved Crate & pay a caution fee which is 100% refundable upon the arrival of your puppy today. Its the responsibility of the owner to handle that and I have told them to contact you directly so that you can rent a new crate pay the caution fee as usual.
All the change of ownership papers, sales agreement showing you're the new owner of the puppy has been handed over to them. I have an appointment and I will not be around but if you have any question please leave me a message via email and I will reply back later once I get back home.
