This company requires a $100 deposit that will be returned upon receiving the SNOO Baby Basinet rental. They ask that you keep the original packaging to mail back the item. Our experience was that we packaged the baby basinet and sent back to the company per their instructions and in the companys requested packaging. Shipping is also paid by consumer. Upon receiving the item, the company sent back images saying the SNOO we returned had scratches and broken parts, so a certain amount of our deposit would not be refunded. We have evidence that the item was in mint condition when packaged and can confirm there were no scratches or broken parts leaving our home. There was no statement from the delivery service that any damage occurred to the unit. SNOO offered no proof it was our unit, and as you can see in the images there are no clear scratches or broken parts. I decided to google 'SNOO deposit return', because this seemed fishy, and uncovered an entire thread of other parents claiming SNOO had done the same thing. I even found the EXACT same images sent to someone else, that were sent to me, attached. This is an extremely unprofessional practice taking advantage of new, desperate and tired parents. I have provided 2 links to the thread with evidence SNOO is scamming others this same way, below. I expected this company to be reputable and feel they should be held accountable for their questionable business practices.
