I had sent payment for a puppy to familydobermanfarm.com and this is the delivery company that notified me that they had the puppy ready for delivery. I received a later notification that I needed to deposit 1,050 for refundable insurance that I would get back upon safe delivery. After the payment was made, I received multiple emails with delivery dates and times, which never happened. Then I received another email stating I needed to pay 752 for permits, which would be refunded upon delivery. I refused to risk any more funds, and I have not heard from them since I requested a refund of the 1,050 I had deposited.
