I purchased a Basset puppy from www.happybassethound.com for $550 including shipping. The purchase was made on November 16, and I was told I would receive shipping information and tracking details. The animal was to be delivered on November 19. After not hearing from the company for several days, Mr. Frank Lantwe emailed false shipping information along with a demand from shipping company for additional funds to transport the animal. Happy Basset Hound Pups has not returned my emails or contacted me in resolving this matter. I believe I am the victim of a "puppy scam" and fraudulent transaction.
