Tuesday August 20th my parents told me about a puppy they wanted to purchase online and we went through the details of how to do it. Wednesday August 21st we went to Western Union and my parents sent the breeder $550 towards the purchase of the dog. and the proof of ownership was sent back in my parent's name. Breeder: Telvin Moreau- 469-278-6963. Happydaylabradors.com/ e-mail [email protected] Thursday morning the 22nd I received the first e-mail from TF flying Pet Nanny about the refundable insurance needed. which I paid through Western Union $915.00. Thursday evening we received the notice of the crate needing to be upgraded which I paid that amount through Western Union and they said the flight wouldn't leave until the next day since it was so late. Friday the 23rd I received the e-mail about a $900.00 vaccine needed before he would be released to fly and that I refused to pay since it was a 2hr flight to Portland and he had already gone through the airport so that did not sound right. All day Friday and Saturday I was communicating to the breeder who "seemed" very upset and offered to pay $200.00 towards it and the Pet nanny agency who was getting very rude when I was refusing to pay. Saturday we offered to physically drive out and get the dog where they said it would a waste of time since the vaccine was required. The agency after I told them what they were doing was illegal stopped replying back to my messages but the breeder continued to communicate with me but was giving the same old story about the dog being in Washington with the nanny and we needed to pay. I have attempted to contact the nanny agency who has not replied back. 2 weeks later the breeder contacted me again about paying for the vaccine and said he has raised $350.00 and wants me to pay the rest to get the dog out of quarantine. I am playing along to try and catch him so I can press charges.
