I was left with quite a few questions, but could not reach anyone by phone to get information as to why I needed all of these tests for medication without an actual diagnosis. When I sent an email, it was answered with an auto reply informing me that I had a "treatment plan" and I should follow it. I did not want to spend over $700.00 for tests and cardiologist appointments without a diagnosis. When my appointment day finally came, I called and joined the meeting. It said that the host was on another meeting. I understand that other appointments run late and he might be busy. I joined on my phone, so it was easy to just leave it open and do other things as I waited for the doctor to join. I left it open for 6 HOURS!! He never came to the meeting. Of course I asked for my money back via email because no one answers the phone. I got an auto relpy that I was given a "treatment plan". I sent another email with the screenshot of my timestamp on the meeting call. It clearly showed that after 6 hours, the doctor never showed. I was then told via email that I agreed to the no refund policy. An auto response once again. I asked for another appointment, a phone call, or my money back. I once again received the auto email letting me know about my "treatment plan". This place is a scam targeting those who are already struggling to pay for healthcare.
