I ordered diaper bag /backpack on August 9th 2021. The amount of $63.98 was taken off my debit card on August 10th 2021. I had one email in October, said to be patient sometimes the package arrives before you get a tracking number. I sent 2 emails after that. They were not received, was told the site was shut down.

My mom tried to purchase this diaper bag for me back in august and I guess she ended up purchasing a whole lot of nothing because that’s exactly what came was NOTHING! but the money sure came off of her card….

I ordered the all in one diaper on 8/12/2021 it immediately said order processed after 2 weeks I sent an email with no response also no response to my 2nd email I searched their website and finally found a phone number but when I called it was no longer in use, I also attempted to contact diaper genie and their phone number was a doctors office I contacted my bank and reported as a fraud they credited my account and they'll research the company. I checked the website and an update said shipment exception now I can't even get on the website it says internet error

Same. I ordered a diaper bag in august for my niece. Paid $63.98. She never received it and baby is due next month. I shave emailed with no response. Last email I got was October 9th saying it was in transit.
I have received other emails from them to buy other items. But no respond regarding “where is my package”.

I placed an order in August 2021 and it is now December and I never received it. Paid $63.98 for a diaper bag I never got. The tracking has said in transit since the day after I placed my order. This is the first item I ordered for my new baby now due in two weeks and I'm very disappointed I never got it. I've tried contacting them and couldn't ever find a phone number to call but just a place to message probably no one.

I placed an order for this product on October 5, 2021. It's now November 9th and I still have not received this item. I have sent emails inquiring about this item and I haven't gotten any response. I paid through pay-pal so I'm going to file a dispute with the hopes that I get a full refund.

I ordered merchandise (a diaper bag) from happyfirststeps.com for a friend’s baby shower on 9/16. The $$$ was immediately taken from my account. By the date of the shower, on 10/3, the item had not arrived. When I went to check on it, a “tracker” said the item had not shipped. On 10/8, I received an email saying it had shipped. Then, I noticed 2 unauthorized charges to my debit card! After researching the company, I found Facebook reviews with many women reporting the same experience. Basically, no item was ever received, but my debit card was charged 3 times, losing a total of $94.75. How do we shut down this website?!

I have bought ALL-in-One Diaper Bag from their website in August, 2021 for $63.98 including taxes and shipping. Later I decided to return it but despite the 30 days money back guaranty claim I still am not reimbursed. I have even paid $18.70 to ship it back to them at my cost. They don't respond to emails about my refund request. I also had to change my credit card for fear of identity theft.

After placing an order and waiting a couple weeks for the item to ship, I contacted the company for more information. Did not receive any responses. Could not reach a person. A separate charge, that was not authorized, was placed on my card for their “prime club” membership. Their website has reviews that use the same photos repeatedly with different names attached. Had to have a new card issued from my bank to avoid possible credit card theft. Diaper bag never shipped. Their email also is linked to the name Diaper Genie and the company does not seem to have any affiliation with the Diaper Genie brand by Playtex which is misleading.
