I was purchasing a French Bulldog puppy and had sent 1/2 the payment and would send the other half upon proof of flight confirmation. They gave us this tracking code for the website of the "shipping agency", where the agency emailed me stating they needed $1360 refundable life insurance policy put on the puppy because she was under 6 months of age. The shipping agency was also a scam, as their phone number rings busy when we try to call. www.vippetexpress.com and our tracking code was VIPPE02324072016OH
