The ad advertised crystal coffee mugs, beautifully crafted actual crystal. We chose 2 mugs, placed our order on October 30th. We received our order on November 29th. The mugs were small, cheaply made of plastic that was painted, they were not crystal at all, solid plastic, not see through like advertised. I'm not even sure of the silver material on the inside, if it's even safe to drink from, it looks like silver paint, could be toxic? The original advertisement showed coffee being poured into a crystal mug, you could see the liquid through the crystal areas in the mug, the mug almost looked glass, LIKE CRYSTAL, which is why we purchased them. We purchased 2, a purple and a blue crystal mug. As soon as we opened them, i immediately emailed the seller about returning them, I've received one response requesting pictures of the mugs and tracking info, i sent the information and i haven't heard back. I've done some research and this company, at this specific address, has scammed MANY people! Google the address and you will see.
