I was trying to purchase a Havanese Puppy at that website, did send out money via Walmart yesterday of the amount $730.00 was for puppy and regristration papers and was suppose to be deliver yesterday. The delivery PEOPLE yesterday contact me asking me for a $1554.00 refundable fee for regulatory crate for the puppy so that the puppy would survive the flight due to bad weather in Oklahoma, did contact the sender since she was suppose to take care the shipping fee and was giving me excuses of how she doesn't have the money then was able to get a $1000.00 and i needed to cover the rest. Did explain to the sender that i don't have more money and want my $730.00 back. Didn't get the puppy and didn't get my money back, did make a police report.
