Have been trying to stop shipments and being charged for this product. Their customer service is non-existent. I cannot get this product to stop being sent to me and being charged for it. Also, shipments do not include a packing slip that has company information on it.

This scam offered a good price for trying a product. It did not advertise anywhere that I was purchasing a subscription and would be charged full price if I didn't cancel within 14 days. Two weeks later I was charged full price and just found out on my bank statement. I have been trying to contact the company to cancel and have not had success via all the telephone numbers I could find and the email addresses.
