Never received the product that I paid for. Emailed them and they said the iron was lost and offered a 15% discount. I declined and asked fir a refund. They then responded back and said they incurred expenses to send and offered now a 20% discount. I declined and asked fir a refund. Last correspondence now it been shipped and offered 20% again snd said if I did not get the product they would then give a refund. I'm sure I will not get the item. Reporting so no other consumers will get scammed.
