Product took weeks to arrive; however, my credit card was charged when I placed the order. Advertised as Orthopedic Arch Support Sandals Diabetic Sandals . The sole is hard plastic, no support and not made of leather. The strap broke within hours of wear. Customer support replied they offer 7 day guarantee and offered a 20% discount on a future product. I have no intention of purchasing from them again and want other buyers BEWARE.

I placed an order on March 27th for $49.95 with International Trans Fee of $1.50 and $1.20 and have to receive my item's.

I ordered tank tops. They don’t fit even though I used their sizing guide. When I contacted to find out where to return them I was offered a 15% refund, no shipping address, and was told I could give them away or resell them. DO NOT USE THIS company! If it even is a company!

Shoes are cheap garbage nothing as described.

I ordered a 2-set of 'orthopedic sandals' from this company. When I questioned when I'll get my order, they claimed the trucking company lost it. They said they would send a duplicate order at no charge. That was a month ago! Now they are telling me they are short of materials, and offered me 10% back!
Do not fall for it! I found the website of Facebook and thought it was legit. Now they have $60+ of mine!

These sandals were advertised as orthopedic sandals which they don’t seem to be because they are not comfortable. However, when I requested to return them I was told the expense to return them (shipping cost) would be too expensive and I was then offered a 25% refund which amounts to $8.00 and some change on a $40.00 pair of sandals. All Chinese companies selling products online are operating this way and scamming all of the American people. If we don't stop this scam China will own America before long.

I think all internet advertisements should specify that they are a Chinese company/product!

Knock off fake toxic smelling sandals. They don't allow refunds. Please don't get scammed by these ruthless thieves.

Being this mistake was made by your employees, I feel you can do 100% better than offering 25%, and suggesting that I try to sell this product to make up for the difference.

No, that is unacceptable. Your fault, you take the lost. That is honorable. I did not pay with counterfeit currency. You should be honorable and make proper amends…

Ordered bubble cleaner. Buy two get three free( 5 bottles) The bottles looked like. Normal size but we’re so tiny when I got them (3oz) & no directions. The foam comes out in sports. Contacted the CS & they said it will have to be returned to Asia & would cost to much so they would refund me 10% back. I was charged $84.90.. refunded $8.49. I threw away the product.. I ordered the bubble cleaner, buy one get one. they arrived yesterday. small 3 oz bottles no instructions except the tiny tiny writing on the bottle. One bottle was almost empty when it got here . This company is a scam run by thieves. They charged my card for purchases that I didn't make. I will be working to have them investigated and hopefully shut down. When. I saw on tv the advertisement was for Clark flat shoes black and what bi received was a pair of black flats no brand name I paid 39 dollars. And I would like to received Monterey compensation

I ordered the bubble cleaner, which showed a person holding a normal sized bottle of cleaner and spraying a large amount of foam into a toilet. Not at all what I received. I got a tiny 30ml bottle that barely squirted out into my toilet rim. Can barely even smell it! What a total rip off! I was charged over $20.00 for this! I never would have paid that much if I had known the size of the product! Total misrepresentation of the product! I think I should get my money back don’t you? Altha Fullbright

Item arrived broken and even tho pictures of defects were sent and acknowledged I was told refunds can’t be given until I return the item at my expense for inspection. Total BS

I ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to be made of leather according to the pictures and description. False Advertising! Upon arrival, they looked nothing like the pictures, nor did they have any tags at all (as shown in the picture below) or proof of size or materials and had an unpleasant odor. Definitely NOT leather. After attempting to contact the company through their email, which did not work, I went back through my receipt and was able to send a message of my dissatisfaction. One positive, I received a prompt and courteous reply from Darren who offered to refund 15% and to keep the cheaply made order because the return was very expensive. Original shipping was $4.95 from dongguan china. I requested a return address and the return shipping to a “warehouse in Viet Nam”

Purchased a pair of shoes from a FB ad that stated the shoes are made in the US with delivery within 7 days. I received the shows 3 weeks later from Singapore and very inferior quality. The company will only offer a 20% refund or I can return them and pay shipping which will cost more than the cost of the shoes.
