I ordered two items and haven’t received them and the tracking information they sent said they were at my local post office and when I called there, they looked it up and said they don’t even show where they have been shipped! This place is a scam!

On August 16,2020, I purchased a Dewalt thickness planer for $428.79. This website supplied me with a UPS tracking number that was erroneous and existed with some other order not related to mine. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue with my order and supply me with correct tracking information, I have heard nothing. As of today, the issue is still not resolved.

I used Happy Store 247 to attempt to purchase Step2 Happy Home Cottage & Grill Kids Playhouse, Pink. Unfortunately, this was a scam. As i received details on my shipment I was informed that the product had shipped and was delivered and left on my front porch. However, I did not receive this item. I Was home all day and contacted the alleged shipper UPS. The UPS customer service staff informed me that the information that was attached to the tracking number was not my information and was unable to tell me who the information belong to. When completing the claim online for UPS, when i put in the tracking number other information popped up. The phone number that was connected to the tracking number for the seller was (800)543-4200 and the number for the recipient was (302-353-4517). I contact Paypal to attempt to get my money back but they deny my claim because the seller was able to provide a delivery receipt which showed that the weight of the package was 5 Ibs and the last time I checked, a toddler playhouse does not weigh 5 Ilbs. As I investigated further, The website no longer exist, and i found out that the address used belong to a Safeway. The seller was smart and didn't leave a contact number for me to contact and of course the seller did not respond to the three emails I sent inquiring about my package. The seller name Tran Cong Dung, even sounds fake. Lesson learned for me I guess.
