We purchased a puppy which I also was a scam in Virginia happy tails was supposed to deliver then they came up with a $1499 insurance fee that had to be paid for a special crate..when western union said it was a fraud they said we had to pay, we would be turned into the animal amendment people for cause money would be refundable *supposedly at time of delivery..and said there would be consequences if not paid ..they wouldn't send any pics of pup to prove they had her
