Contacted by text. When I couldn’t pick up in person added $130 for shipping making total purchase of $730. They said they used Secure Pet Express for shipping. Then I was requested to pay for A refundable insurance of $995. When I said no, they split the cost and they paid $500. After insurance was paid, they wanted a special crate for a range of 1500-3000. I said NO and requested refund. No response for either person!
