I read tons of reviews on the Facebook ad as well as their website that were ALL positive and 5 stars.
I ordered the dog bed on 12/31/2018. On 1/2/2019 they deducted $7.86 from my bank account. On 1/5/2019 I received a shipping notification that my item had shipped. This was the 1st red flag.
When I ordered the dog bed I reviewed their website, read all the Q&A's, reviews, etc. On their website (product description: https://happy-treat.com/warm-cosy-dog-bed/) it specifically says the following...
"How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
Location *Estimated Shipping Time
United States 10-20 Business days
Canada, Europe 10-20 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days
Central & South America 15-30 Business days
Asia 10-20 Business days

So, I'm in the US, my shipping time, MAXIMUM should be 25 business days.
It's been over 25 business days so I went back to my email and noticed that the shipping confirmation says "Estimated delivery time: 40-45 business days. *Max delivery - 45 business days."
Additionally I did not get a tracking #. The email indicated that the company used to ship does not provide tracking #s.
Say what? 45 business days? That would be August something! I've ordered plenty from China and it has never taken 8 months. NEVER. Why would I order something in December to get it in January?? That's crazy!
I have tried to contact them by email and phone and have not been successful. My next step is to dispute with my bank, but I'm afraid that won't be possible, for how long ago the transaction was, method of payment, etc. I'll try anyways.
