I bought something off a video advertisement that came on my newsfeed a month or two back. I should have known better when making this purchase, but they accepted PayPal as a form of payment so I thought maybe it would be legit.

What I received in the mail was a totally different product that could be found at dollar tree. Whoops Jessica got scammed. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth with this company before I turned the claim over to PayPal. PayPal wants me to return the item with tracking over seas, and I will not receive a refund until the seller verified its not damaged.

1) the only time I’ve sent a package over seas was for an alter, and they didn’t offer tracking.

2) the scam company is for sure just going to say the item came damaged.

PayPal’s customer service is completely unavailable due to the global pandemic. Idk how I’ll get my money back.
