I ordered an expresso machine from Happy Sale **************************, paid initial payment via AfterPay, received a confirmation email, and received a USPS tracking number a few days later. The ‘package’ was delivered to another house in my same city/zip code, and placed in the mailbox. I went to the local post office and the supervisor showed me the sheet that stated the USPS tracking number was not associated with my address, but was associated with a different address. I have reached out repeatedly to the merchant via phone (both phone numbers are ‘google voice customers’: ************ *** ************* and email ([email protected]) to no avail. I am also disputing this payment and pending payments (total of $549) with AfterPay. AfterPay states only the merchant can settle the dispute and provides the merchant contact as: ********* ********************* ************************************** *************

I purchased a rowing machine from them. The company sent it through USPS. I was first alarmed when it said it was delivered to my mailbox. I gave it a few days, but it never arrived. I called USPS to get more information. I was told that the item weighted 2 ounces and was sent to another address in my town. I was told that it was a classic scam. I have emailed them with no response. Every time I go to the Contact Us link on their website, the address and phone number change. I have tried calling but no one picks up. I paid using Afterpay and this was the information given to them about the merchant..
