I would like to offer a little insight first. During March break we paid in full for a service that took a very quick turn to the bad. We dropped our pet to a boarding facility and headed for the airport. We get a text 1.5 hours in from the provider stating she felt it wasn't going to work. We scramble from the airport to make arrangements to get our pet out. She spent a total of 4 hours on the care givers property. We pre paid 55 dollars for 8 days.

When we arrived home we sent a email stating we were back and they could send our refund to email address. The service provider replied with a no refund would be issued because we signed a waiver. Several emails back and forth and still zero refund would be issued. I waited 48 hours before posting a BUYER BEWARE post not naming anyone. Received lots of private messages. Jump to April 5 and still nothing from said service provider so BUYER BEWARE Part 2 hits the FB world and this time I publicly name the business. In no way did I bash the business or owner just wanted to make sure everyone else who has pets never has to experience the same thing. Happy to Heel K9 she also keeps dogs in dangerous situations.
