I ordered 3 items from this supposed company Harajaku Basics. It’s been 2 wks no product, no reply to 4 emails. Also their address listed is a residence in Ohio. When I was researching online I saw they’re located in China!!! REALLY?? I do not know if they’re legitimate or not for sure but don’t have good vibes with all this. At this point I just want a FULL REFUND.HONESTLY I WOULD PREFER THE ITEMS I ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! These were for Xmas. But since I think they are fake and a scam I want a full refund ASAP.
