So, I called to get the cancellation of document at the beginning of MAY (Maybe May 4,2021), but nothing was sent to us. I called back on May 24, 2021 to make sure we would have our cancellation policy before we were closing down and I got the cancellation email on May 26,2021. However, on my cancellation policy said my last day of my Cancellation is May 25,2022.
So, I called back today (May 27,2021) and I was told that my agreement automatically renews annually and I have to give them a 30 day notice or pay the minimum amount for another year. Then, I asked service rep when were they sending me the agreement automatically renews annually and I was waiting for the answer for a while, then I got an email "The Notices of changes" which I have never seen before on JUNE 2020 without my signature. So, I asked service rep where was my signature on the renew policy and she can not answer my question. She insisted that the contract was valid and she would send my issue to her manager.
Now, I am going to contact the lawyer and reach out to my rep39 to confront with this Scammer!
Pretty poor business practice and terrible customer service. Beware of this company!!
