Whoever this scammer/these scammers are, they have my real name but no other identifiable information otherwise. This person kurir ladal "with the Hardship Relief Program". The message reads as follows: " [my first and last name], Hi it's kurir with the Hardship Relief Program. We tried reaching out to you at your home and did not hear back...I'm not sure if you've spoken to an assigned agent yet, but I do see that you're pre-approved for our Hardship Program, so what I'm going to do is keep this in a pending status. Please give me a call between the hours of 10am and 8pm EST, so we can go over the details. My number is 1-877-427-5371, Thank you, kurir ladal-Hardship Relief Program'"

The scammer said I was entitled to hardship relief and called me a crazy person reference a fake email address in northville, MI and then to cover their liability put a disclaimer like it was an advertisement. I did not notify Northville police.

Was rude when explaining my situation with medical bills they said they didn't cover medical bills when in the beginning of the call they stated medical bills would be covered. They then hung up on me multiple times
