I purchase several tshirts from this company that was advertised on Facebook. The transaction occured on July 6, 2023. The tracking number they provided says it was delivered, however it was not. Upon emailing the company and informing them of the situation, they said they would send out a replacement. Upon giving me the tracking number, this one also says it was delivered, again i never received anything. I then emailed the company asking for contact information for the courier used, and they have failed to provide this info. I can find no info online about this courier even though they say they are world renowned. I have asked several times for the company to contact me via phone but they will not. I have since canceled my debit card used in the transaction. I have asked the company to give me a full refund but they will not and only offered a 90% refund. I asked them to send a check as i will not give them my new debit card number but they claim they will not do this. Ive asked several times for them to provide courier info so i can find out what they did with my package but they will not give me this info. I believe this company and the courier used are both scams
