Called this ad on craigslist for mobile repair service. They said no problem. $50.00 up front cost to come out and give estimate, but that is would go towards any repair bill for work we had them do. Met the guy, in the rain, he spent 1/2 hour going over the truck and writing the estimate. Collected $50.00 cash (dumb on our part) and sent the estimate right then & there. Said look it over and call to schedule. We did that and now can't get hold of anyone. No reply to text or email, and when you call the phone number we used originally, 443-752-2329, it goes straight to voicemail and of course, no one calls us back. I will also add that his estimate was cheap, so we jumped on it. Lesson of the day, If it seems too good to be true, it is.
