A man called you left a message that he was working in the neighborhood of one of her rental houses. Her tenant was the first one to come in contact with the man & he was supposedly working for the Sherrif Department & the tenant told her to hire the man. Mrs. Coulter said each day was an excuse but he wasn't doing what he was supposed to do after she paid him $300. She also stated that her check was immediately cashed.
