Harper Henry Reports & Reviews (58)

- Medford, OR, USA

Harper + Henry showed up as an advertisement on social media. There are comments and pictures of people with products, and the site is well-done, so it appears legit. However, no one will ever reply when you try to contact them and all negative reviews are deleted. I ordered something a while back and have tried contacting them to no avail. There is no phone number, only an email.

Like everyone else, I bought those cute Disney dresses form my daughter's. I got the same generic email that orders were delayed because of the virus. They took my money and ran and never sent me my order. They have blocked me from posting on their Facebook page. This place is a scam.

I have been emailing this company everyday for a refund. Placed my order in February and I have never received anything. I only got a confirmation email of the order. Card was charged and I haven’t received anything from the company ever again. Total scam.

I ordered for Disney dresses on May 30, 2020 and my order has not even been shipped. I reached out for a refund and have received no response. They stole my money basically.

Fake business. Ordered clothing for kids back in February 2020 and have yet to receive anything. They charged my credit card but all I get is an automatic response when I contact them. Starting to see on Facebook where others have been scammed as well.

I ordered 2 dresses. Over a month ago. Email is generic bounce back if you follow up. They are definitely a crooked company. Lost about £35

I ordered an Elsa dress for my daughter on March 20, 2020. Didn't come for a month. I sent an email to customer service on April 24 and received a generic COVID response citing delays in supply chain from China from a different support email [email protected] which I now know the company used to be called Okie Dokee and also a scam. However, I also received a second email from James from [email protected] saying that they would be getting the Elsa and Anna dresses in the next week and they would be shipped out. A month goes by and still no dress. Emailed again on May 13 and received the same generic COVID response. This business is clearly a scam. They have a nice website, FB page and no major warning signs that made me suspicious. They need to be shut down.

I placed an order over two months ago and after complaining they sent just part of my order and they have not sent the rest. There is no answer from their customer service email [email protected]
This is a terrible company.

Over a month ago, I saw this cute ad about Disney inspired princess dresses and decided to purchase 4-5 dresses for my daughter to wear and play in. When I made the purchase I thought I missed this perfectly sweet sale because I was ordering close to midnight CT, not noticing the website said it ended at midnight EST. Well Harper + Henry took my money even though I made the purchase “after the sale ended”, but I have yet to receive anything from them. The emails I got were very generic and basically blamed COVID for all their delayed shipments. I was a little suspicious it said it might be delayed 45 business days. (Long enough to be too late to dispute the charges with my CC company.)

One email I noticed said it came from Okie Dokee Children’s boutique which begged the question whether I got the right email from the right vendor. I did some digging and found the Okie Dokee and Harper + Henry ScamPulse.com profiles. They were horrific! There were multiple people who explained that Harper + Henry used to go by Okie Dokee Children’s Boutique and most of these people claimed they made purchases from Okie Dokee back in August-October last year and never received their orders. There were people who made purchases from Harper Henry in January this year before COVID and still had not received shipment notifications.

When I initially searched more about them, there were FB posts from others who had similar experiences with Harper + Henry. But when I try searching for the posts now, they’re non existent, like the FB user had to switch their post to private or their posts were taken down by FB (possible H+H reported that those people posted fraudulent or defamatory reviews about them). Those people also claimed that when they tried posting the bad reviews on Harper + Henry’s Facebook page, their comments were immediately deleted and they were blocked from the page. Harper + Henry deletes all their bad reviews. If you notice, they only have positive comments on their page. They probably aren’t using the 5-Star rating feature on Facebook bc they can’t delete ratings, only comments. So many people have been putting mad reactions to their posts.

I tried warning other people about their sketchy sale and my comment was deleted and they blocked me too within 5 minutes of my post on their princess sale ad. I have screen shots of when I posted the warning, when my comment was deleted, and when I was no longer able to post to their ad or Facebook page.

I also screen shot their so called limited time only sale where it somehow extends again and again day after day. Mind you, this was the same sale that got me over a month ago.

I took it a step further and looked up their address and google earth the location. I noticed most of the suite numbers were in the 100 range only. Harper and Henry have suite number 317 as their location on their website. I also tried pulling up their address on USPS, which came back as invalid since the units at the shopping center only went from #100-125. Which means this company’s location is non-existent.

Also, I looked up their Secretary of State status with Rhode Island and a George Masterson is the registered agent for their company. The Secretary of State only has the main address for the shopping center without the suite number on file for the company. And they were only in good standing since March 2020.

I placed an online order on 3/29/2020. In the invoice it stated, “ Due to COVID -19, our shipments are delayed. Please allow up to 28 business days for your order to be delivered.“ I have emailed them multiple times since I placed my order and they always send an automatic reply blaming covid-19 for their delays. It is now 7/14/2020 and still haven’t received my order but they have taken my $30.51.

I ordered 4 Princess dressed on April 8th. It's now July 13 and I STILL don't have them. They said they were running behind because of COVID-19. They said up-front that it would take 45 business days to ship. OK, but it's been well over 45 business days. I contacted them through their only means...a support email address, and they sent me a canned response saying they would ship out in 7-15 business days. It's now been 16 business days. Guess what. No dresses. I think I've been scammed.

Ordered 2 dresses on April 26, still haven’t received by July 6. Emails are auto replies, they blocked me from commenting on their posts. This company is also Okiedokee Children’s Botique. Address in RI is a UPS store that hasn’t heard of them.

I ordered a princess play dress on March 22, 2020 for $16.95. It's now July 1st. The only thing I ever heard from them was an auto message about COVID-19 and how it is delaying orders. I wrote them back asking for specific details of my order status and was met with silence. Nothing. It looks like this has happened to many of us!

Placed an order in January. A month later, I emailed them and requested an update on the status of my order. Received a reply that said the dresses I ordered were not to standard, so they were unable to send them out. A couple of weeks later, one of two dressed arrived. It's June and I'm still waiting on the second dress. Their customer support email on the website no longer worked, so I did some searching, and found out they changed their email. Their ads are still up on social media. They're unable to fulfill orders from 6 months ago, and yet, are still taking orders.

This company,Harper+ Henry is placing ads on facebook and when your order you might never get your order.. I reached out to them for an order that I placed on May 4th today is June 25th. 1st I emailed then 2 days later I messaged on Facebook. Both times I got an auto responce and nothing else. So I posted my story on one of there ads. Then I get a message says what is my contact and they would call me with in 24 hours. After 24 hours I messaged them to find out i have blocked. I just either want my money back or the dresses I ordered.

I ordered two Disney inspired dresses in February. Harper and Henry took my money, but never delivered the dresses. I have tried to communicate with them several times to get the merchandise or my money back. I have received neither. I want everyone to know not to order ANYTHING from them because they rip off people. Their customer care email does not work. I have sent a few emails from different accounts and it is returned to me. There is no number to call. I hope they are satisfied by robbing people of their hard EARNED money.

This company is a scam. The only thing you will get for your money is an auto generated email blaming COVID for you not getting your order.

Harper+Henry have a cute selection of princess dresses on their website that you will NEVER receive. I was lucky enough to have a credit card that refunded me for being naive when I ordered (note to self: ALWAYS check ScamPulse.com before trusting anyone online), but still these people should not be allowed to operate at all. From what I've read about them since, they will soon be changing their company name. They are using COVID to buy them more time before people catch onto them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered two dresses in January 2020. I sent multiple inquiries on the status of the order with no reply. They also blocked me on social media. They’re a complete scam!

I’ve had a similar experience as many have listed above. I order 4 dresses April 15, and received only one in the mail. I’ve emailed several times and received the same message regarding back ordered items and shipping issues due to Covid 19. My daughters keep asking me when the dresses will arrive. I got on their Facebook page and made an inquiry and sent a message and then they blocked me! Shame shame shame on them!
