today is 2/12/2023, on their own website, playing in an introduction screen are photos of products they want you to buy - with words saying to click to order. One of the items shown is a large round tin--around the tin are a dozen cookies. In the middle is a second tin of a chocolate heart shaped cheese cake..... I've spent 2 hours with their instant chat and their customer service people only to finally find out that there is NO SUCH PRODUCT available to purchase/order. It's both false and misleading! What they do have? Is dozens of cookies that can be ordered that look similar - AND - then you can order a separate chocolate/covered/heart shaped cheesecake---- UPSELLING us but NOT as presented on their website and yes, I have the photo, snipped AND have a video on my phone of this........ they do the same dang thing at Christmas and someone needs to put a STOP to this! It's a total waste of freakin' time for everyone! My 80 year old Aunt doesn't need DOZENS of cookies and a huge cheesecake; but the product that they LURE us in with IS something she could have used. Deceptive advertising and scamming people is what's going on here and I'm not happy-------by the way, I';ve BEEN ordering from H & D for over 41 years -- they were never ever like this when they were privately owned.......... thank you.
