Meet on Plenty of Fish.com. quickly confessed his love & asked me to communicate via Hangouts app. Told me he worked for the NRC in Japan for a contract. Could not spend money or make any financial transactions because it was a conflict of interest. Told me he was going to send presents but needed a loaned. This continued as I paid believing he would refund me. Lie after lie, excuse after excuse. Bitcoin was the main method.
